Do You Wanna Be A Spaceman?

The people from the village of Signau, in the Emmental of Switzerland have never been photographed before. Switzerland is the wealthiest country in the world but some parts stay unaffected by the world's affairs. Most of the people in these photographs have never left their home country before and work within the village limits 365 days per year. They rank among the happiest people in the world without having higher aspirations other than an ordinary job and growing a family; far away from today's networking compulsion and competition for recognition.
